Capital School Bahrain is seeking a Marketing Content & Events Executive to creatively promote school life through social media, photography, and video content. You will plan and coordinate events, manage content calendars, and ensure a consistent visual identity across platforms.

The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with teachers and leadership, and the ability to produce compelling promotional material before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging social media content for multiple platforms.

Job description

We are looking for a creative proactive and highly organized Marketing Content amp Events Executive to join our school team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in creating engaging social media content Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube Shorts Snapchat etc
• Skilled in photography and videography especially for school events classrooms and student activities
• Able to edit high-quality photos and videos using modern editing tools and apps
• Creative thinker who can generate fresh content ideas and keep up with social media trends
• Experience planning organizing and coordinating school events open days graduations sports days and other school activities
• Able to capture events professionally and create promotional content before during and after each event
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Able to work closely with teachers students and school leadership to plan and execute content
• Confident in directing promotional videos interviews and photo shoots
• Strong understanding of branding and maintaining a consistent visual identity
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content calendars
• Able to write engaging captions and basic marketing copy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
• Self-motivated proactive creative and detail-oriented
• Experience in a school or the education sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of graphic design Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing social media analytics and paid advertising is an advantage
• Passion for storytelling and creating content that showcases school life and attracts new families
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
