Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term flight schedules in alignment with network strategy, fleet plans, and commercial objectives.
• Evaluate schedule scenarios, frequency adjustments, seasonal planning requirements, and capacity deployment opportunities.
• Coordinate with Network Planning to translate approved network and route strategies into operationally viable schedules.
• Analyze schedule performance, fleet utilization, aircraft rotations, connectivity opportunities, and market demand trends.
• Ensure schedule plans comply with operational, regulatory, airport slot, and resource constraints.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Commercial, Operations, and Fleet Planning teams to balance market demand with operational requirements.
• Oversee slot requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support schedule development and network growth initiatives.
• Provide schedule recommendations to support route launches, frequency increases, network adjustments, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Schedule Publication function to ensure approved schedules are accurately and timely published through reservation and distribution systems.
• Monitor schedule changes impacting published schedules and ensure alignment between planning activities and schedule publication requirements.
• Prepare schedule analyses, planning reports, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
• Support the continuous improvement of scheduling processes, systems, and analytical capabilities.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in airline scheduling, network planning, schedule planning, fleet planning, or related aviation functions.
