Job summary

Grant Thornton Bahrain is seeking a Manager - IT Advisory to lead digital transformation engagements across strategy, operating models, and technology enablement. You will assess digital maturity, develop target-state roadmaps, and design business cases with ROI analyses.

The role requires 5–10+ years in digital transformation or IT consulting, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align business and tech requirements, and drive change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prince2 or PMP certification is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or program management.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies (cloud, AI, automation, data platforms, ERP/CRM).
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation engagements across strategy, operating model, process digitization, and technology enablement.
• Assess clients' digital maturity and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop target-state digital operating models and roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Design business cases, including ROI and value realization for digital initiatives.
• Advise on selection and implementation of digital technologies (cloud, ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI, automation).
• Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting projects with scope, timelines, and quality.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional consulting teams and client stakeholders.
• Support implementation programs and align business requirements with technical delivery teams.
• Drive process re-engineering and optimization across core business functions.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and value tracking for transformation programs.
• Provide insights on industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices in digital transformation.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with client C-suite and senior management.
• Identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support change management, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
• Advise on governance for large-scale transformation programs.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal design, and effort estimation.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing within Grant Thornton.
