Job summary

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee a large-scale digital transformation project in partnership with a technology provider. You will coordinate with the client and partner teams to ensure delivery matches scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements.

In this role, you will supervise project implementation, monitor performance across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, manage risks and changes, and produce regular project reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or Project Management.
• 5–8 years of IT software project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing technology vendors/partners.
• Knowledge of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, DevOps and Cybersecurity.
• Understanding of SLA, ITSM, Agile Scrum, risk and change management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia regularly.
• Legal right/visa to work in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the digital transformation project.
• Coordinate between Eunoia, technology partners and the client.
• Track milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor the technology partner's performance (technical and operational).
• Review progress reports and identify delays or risks.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Monitor SLA and service performance.
• Escalate major issues to Eunoia management.
• Coordinate with teams in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and handover activities.

About the Role

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and supervise the implementation of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project in coordination with our technology partner. The successful candidate will represent Eunoia in project coordination, monitor the technology partner's delivery, coordinate with the client, and ensure the project is delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the overall project implementation
• Coordinate between Eunoia, technology partners and the client
• Track project milestones, deliverables and deadlines
• Monitor the technology partner's technical and operational performance
• Review project progress reports and identify delays or risks
• Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT and deployment activities
• Monitor SLA and service performance
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
• Monitor project scope and change requests
• Attend project meetings and prepare project reports
• Coordinate with teams in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer and handover activities
• Escalate major technical, commercial or schedule issues to Eunoia management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in IT software project management
• Experience managing large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
• Experience managing technology vendors/partners
• Strong understanding of software implementation and delivery
• Knowledge of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, DevOps and Cybersecurity
• Understanding of SLA, ITSM, Agile Scrum, risk and change management
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate effectively with technical teams
• Valid Bahrain driving licence is required
• Willingness and ability to travel to Saudi Arabia regularly as required by the project
• Candidate must have the legal right/valid visa or work authorization to work in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, as applicable to the role
• Flexibility to attend meetings and project activities in both countries
