Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a client to relocate to Malta for a D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant role. The position drives CRM/ERP implementations for major clients within a top-tier consulting environment.

You will lead requirements sessions, shape solutions, and oversee delivery across multiple industries. The role requires senior expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, and a proven track record with large-scale deployments, including presales and design leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computing or business discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive D365 CE experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform stack and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of D365 CE projects for large clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solutions.
• Design end-to-end CRM and ERP solutions within D365 CE.
• Drive solution architecture and high-level design decisions.
• Support presales activities and create compelling demonstrations.
• Oversee project governance and ensure timely delivery.
