Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a seasoned Mall Security Manager to oversee all security operations for a major shopping mall in Bahrain. The role requires developing security policies, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring emergency readiness while managing providers and staff.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of experience in mall security, including 2–4 years in a managerial capacity. Proficiency in English and ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in facility/property management or related field.
Experience in security management within a mall environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Organize and oversee all security operations of the Shopping Mall.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Manage security providers and supervise staff.
Monitor and report on security activities; prepare periodic risk assessments.
Coordinate with police and authorities; ensure fire protection and emergency readiness.
Develop crisis management and risk management plans.
