career-land-center-2 in Qatar is seeking a Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team. You will deliver advanced hairstyling (balayage, keratin, extensions), professional makeup (bridal, events, HD makeup), and provide VIP client service in a refined setting.

English required with Arabic preferred. Salary starts at $2000+ with visa, accommodation and transportation provided, plus 5% commission on target and opportunities for training and career growth in a premium salon.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a luxury or high-end salon.
Advanced hair techniques (balayage, keratin, hair extensions).
Professional makeup artistry with a portfolio.
Strong communication and consultation skills.
Ability to handle VIP and high-demand clients.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Willing to relocate to Qatar.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, balayage, treatments, and styling
Perform professional makeup applications (bridal, events, glam, HD makeup)
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
