Confidential Careers is seeking a hands-on visual storyteller to capture daily life inside the mall, producing photo and video content in-house for luxury, F&B, and beachfront environments.

You will deliver platform-ready clips, real-time stories, and weekly content packs, while editing to high standards using Adobe Creative Suite and mobile tools. Stay aligned with brand guidelines and local Bahraini/GCC audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing in-house photography/video content for luxury brands.
• Proficiency with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts formats.
• Ability to edit to platform-native formats with high technical standards.

Responsabilités

• Capture photo and video content daily across the mall, using smartphone or DSLR setups, showcasing the vibrant energy of tenants, dining, and promenades.
• Produce content tailored to luxury, F&B, and active beachfront environments, delivering in-house the visual coverage previously sourced from external agency photographers.
• Deliver social assets and platform-ready clips in line with the monthly content calendar set by the Marketing Team.
• Compile and hand over weekly content packs of digital media assets for scheduling.
• Cover seasonal activations and major event moments on the ground, generating real-time stories and social assets as they happen.
• Spot posting moments as they arise, then capture, caption, and publish content while the moment is still live.
• Be present on-site during activations, to support the wider marketing and events effort.
• Edit photo and video content into platform-native formats such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, turning content around quickly to keep pace with the tactical content plan.
• Use editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or mobile-native editing suites) to a high technical standard, so that assets meet the format requirements of each publishing platform.
• Ensure all visual assets reflect the luxury and lifestyle positioning of the mall, with polished layout and lighting execution.
• Keep all content aligned to brand guidelines across every publishing channel.
• Tailor content to what resonates with Bahraini and GCC audiences, rather than applying a generic social playbook.
• Keep content current, trend-aware, and relevant across Instagram and TikTok.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to align content with campaign and calendar priorities.
• Liaise with tenants and activation teams to access locations, products, and moments worth capturing.
