Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel.
• Pre-opening track record in luxury F&B operations.
• GCC market knowledge; Bahrain/GCC dining familiarity.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Business fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finalise and launch venue concepts, service styles, and marketing positioning for all outlets.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on profitable menus, beverage lists, and pricing.
• Oversee OS&E sourcing and setup per Kempinski guidelines.
• Coordinate with architecture/interiors/MEP teams on layouts and handover workflows.
• Formulate pre-opening F&B budget and revenue forecasts.
