Life Guard: This position exists to maintain swimmer safety. Lifeguards monitor water conditions and guest behavior, enforcing safety rules and paying close attention to swimmer activities. They may issue warnings or ask guests to leave if necessary. Lifeguards also assist new swimmers to ensure they enjoy the water safely.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the swimming pool, monitor guest actions, and ensure water safety
• Follow all operating and emergency procedures
• Be aware of hotel activities and possess knowledge of all hotel facilities
• Perform according to OSM Standards
• Maintain proper grooming at all times
• Ensure safe operations within recreation areas by complying with health, safety, and fire prevention policies

Your experience and skills include:

• A university degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Licensed Lifeguard with a valid license
• Good communication skills and command of English
• Team player, responsible, and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience
• Bahrain Life Guard Certification is mandatory
• Fluent in English and a team player
