Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on construction projects in Isa Town. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with project managers and trades.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory masonry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and specs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone masonry, concrete work, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials if necessary

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of masons, assigning tasks and providing on-site supervision
• Ensuring that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and standards
• Inspecting work for quality control and making necessary adjustments or repairs
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine materials needed
• Ordering materials and tools required for each project
• Providing training and guidance to new team members or apprentices
• Maintaining inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
• Communicating with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople as needed
