Job summary

SecureLine in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Mason to supervise and lead a team of masons on diverse construction projects in the Al-Malikiyah area.

The role requires planning daily tasks, ensuring workmanship meets standards, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety. English proficiency is a plus; strong Arabic communication is essential. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1,200 USD, without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in masonry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of brick and stone work techniques, materials and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an asset.
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the team of masons.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and within deadlines.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure it meets company standards.
• Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors and clients.
