Job summary

SynerData is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will conduct field surveys using total stations and GPS receivers, analyze data, and prepare maps, plans and reports with correct CAD drafts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field and at least two years of experience, strong communication, and ability to work independently or with a team. Salary is 1000$ per month with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
• Proficient in using total stations GPS receivers and other surveying equipment
• Knowledge of CAD software for drafting and design purposes
• Strong understanding of land surveying principles techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
