Job summary

BaseForce is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah on a contract basis. The role focuses on measuring and mapping land areas, conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, and creating reports for construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month, with a free visa and round-trip ticket provided for non-local candidates.

Job description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah on a contract basis As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and creating reports and maps for construction projects The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying excellent mathematical and analytical skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries using specialized tools
• Measure and map land areas including natural features, buildings and other structures
• Create detailed reports and maps to be used in construction projects
• Utilize GPS technology to accurately measure land areas
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and create plans for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a land surveyor required
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate angles, distances, areas etc
• Proficient in using specialized tools such as total stations and GPS technology
• Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and reports
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

$1200 per month negotiable depending on experience
