Job description

As a land surveyor assistant you will work under the supervision of a licensed land surveyor to assist in conducting land surveys and collecting data. You will primarily be responsible for operating surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to gather accurate measurements of land features. You may also be required to help set up and maintain surveying equipment as well as perform basic calculations using specialized software. To be successful in this role you must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. A basic understanding of geometry and mathematics is also required. While previous experience is not necessary candidates with previous experience working as a land surveyor assistant will be given preference. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month. As this position does not include accommodation we are looking for candidates who are already based in Dar Kulaib or willing to relocate at their own expense. However we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. This job is suitable for students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of land surveying. It requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
