Land Surveyor Vacancy in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and mapping services to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
2. Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, drawings, and reports.
3. Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land.
4. Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure.
5. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
6. Manage survey crew members and delegate tasks as needed.
7. Adhere to safety standards at all times while working on job sites.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
3. Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
4. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
7. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred.

Salary: $1100/month (with accommodation included)
