The role involves assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and on-site inspections, while ensuring quality and safety across projects. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ year(s) of experience in construction management (internship experience will also be considered).
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and scheduling
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines
• Prepare and review project budgets
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
