Job summary

Workato is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will assist with planning, budgeting, and executing construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to meet schedules and quality targets.

This contract role welcomes recent graduates; no prior management experience is required. You will learn on-site safety, cost estimation, reporting, and documentation while supporting project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects in the city of Muharraq. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience in construction management.

Compensation:

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
