Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided on-site.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic budgeting and cost control principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Participate in budgeting and cost management activities.
• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to inspect progress and identify issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, vendors).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites.
• Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes during projects.
