Job summary

AHK Contracting in Manama, Bahrain, seeks a locally based Junior Accountant to join the finance team. You will handle daily accounting entries, invoicing, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings with accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years’ experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
