Client of Dolphin Manpower seeks an experienced JCB Operator in Jidhafs to join the construction team. The ideal candidate will have 2–8 years of hands-on experience operating JCB machinery and a valid operator license, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy on site.

You will perform digging, lifting, grading, and material movement while coordinating with the crew to meet project timelines. Physical fitness and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience operating JCB machinery.
• Valid JCB operator license is required.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate JCB machinery for digging, lifting and moving materials on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Regularly inspect machinery for maintenance issues and report malfunctions to ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors to complete tasks on time and communicate effectively.
• Maintain site safety by following all safety protocols and documenting safety checks.
• Document work activities and report challenges to your supervisor.
