Job summary

ALZAIN TRADING CO. W.L.L is seeking a Stock Administrator to oversee inventory transactions, material issuance, and stock reconciliations across manufacturing processes.

You will ensure material availability to meet production targets and maintain accurate records of stock movements. You will also lead stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with procurement and stores to optimize material planning and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of inventory control or production support experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for metals, gemstones, findings and production consumables.
• Monitor stock levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (issues, receipts, transfers, returns).
• Oversee entry of Production Job Bags and coordinate material distribution per production schedules.
• Lead periodic stock counts, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Stores to ensure timely material availability.
• Train new staff on inventory procedures and system transactions.
