Job summary

JobLeader in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team for in-home care of elderly or disabled individuals. This full-time role requires dedication to comfort, safety, and respect, with a salary of 1600 USD and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will have caregiving experience, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and the ability to work independently while following care plans.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Own visa in Bahrain with sponsorship available for the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedule
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishes
• Monitor changes in health status and report any concerns to supervisor
• Engage clients in activities to promote physical and mental stimulation
