Job summary

Avanta Works in Bahrain seeks a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support an elderly client at home in Manama. You will provide personal care, monitor health, and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role requires a valid biometric passport and availability to start immediately; accommodation is provided. Prior caregiving experience and good communication are essential for building trust with the client.

Qualifications

• Must have valid biometric passport.
• Prior caregiving experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with daily tasks, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the family or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for the client.
• Accompany client to appointments or outings as needed.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the client.
