Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a Development Analyst to support the analysis and research for Hotels, F&B, and allied businesses within a fast-paced hospitality group. You will assist the Development Team with financial modelling, due diligence, and data gathering to maintain a strong development pipeline.

The role requires a BA/BS in finance or real estate (CFA II a plus) and 2–3 years of financial analysis experience in related sectors. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in finance or real estate is preferred.
• CFA Level II is desirable.
• 2–3 years of financial analysis experience in hotel, consulting, banking, brokerage, or real estate investment.
• Strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Keeps confidentiality of data.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Self-starter and solution-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial modelling.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis for development projects.
• Coordinate due diligence and valuation with cross-functional teams.
• Gather operating data and research industry trends.
• Liaise with internal teams and external associates.
• Assist in preparing high-quality reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Oversee centralization of project information and documents.
• Present findings in professional report format for senior leadership.
