Job summary

Jing Hau in Muharraq is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and craft exceptional desserts. You will design new pastry recipes, oversee production, and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has a Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and a passion for baking in a fast-paced environment. Prior pastry leadership experience is required; salary is 1400$ per month with benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to train staff.
• Solid knowledge of flavors and baking techniques.
• Experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.

• Create and design new pastry recipes and menus.
