Job summary

Want More is hiring a Handyman Technician in Al-Malikiyah, Bahrain to maintain and repair our facility. The role involves routine maintenance of building systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring a safe, functional environment.

The position is a full-time contract with working hours 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility for urgent repairs. English communication is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven handyman experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Handyman Technician

As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks at our facility in Al-Malikiyah. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment and machinery
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time contract job with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, flexibility may be required for urgent repairs or projects. You will be provided with all necessary tools and equipment for the job.
