This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals with limited experience to gain hands‑on experience in the maintenance field.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify areas in need of maintenance
• Keep track of inventory and purchase supplies as needed
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner

Requirements

• Prior experience in basic maintenance or repair work (preferred)
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers
• Physically fit to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or working in tight spaces

Salary: $1800 per month.

Location: Dar Kulaib.

Nationality: Preference for Bahraini nationals.
