Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lab sessions.
• Demonstrate civil engineering experiments and software.
• Support students during experiments and data interpretation.
• Ensure lab activities align with course outcomes and faculty expectations.
• Oversee daily operations of civil engineering laboratories.
• Prepare experimental setups, materials, and instruments.
• Maintain organized, clean laboratory environment.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot testing machines for soil, concrete, aggregates, and asphalt.
• Maintain equipment logs and service documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and upgrades of lab equipment and software.
• Perform standard lab tests per ASTM, BS, and AASHTO methods.
• Support surveying field and lab exercises and data processing.
