Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in digital marketing.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, content and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
• Experience in real estate, property, construction, or related industries is advantageous.
• Must be currently available in Bahrain; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Develop engaging digital content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Implement effective lead-generation strategies to increase qualified leads and conversions.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and business development.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
