Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showing design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating event visuals such as invitations, stage graphics, signage, banners, decks, social media content, and print materials.
• Support the development of event identities, mood boards, and key visuals aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Adapt approved designs into multiple formats and sizes for digital, print, and on-site applications.
• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and marketing to deliver timely assets.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printers, fabricators, and event suppliers.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, image sourcing, and visual content for event communications.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and refine concepts from feedback.
• Assist with Arabic and English layout adaptation and basic Arabic copy when needed.
• Organize design files, templates, and assets for efficient team use.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support our events team in developing compelling visual materials for events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating event visuals, including invitations, stage and screen graphics, signage, banners, presentation decks, social media content, and print materials.
• Support the development of event identities, mood boards, key visuals, and design concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Adapt approved designs into multiple formats and sizes for digital, print, and on-site event applications.
• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and marketing team to deliver accurate and timely creative assets.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printers, fabricators, digital screens, and event suppliers.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, image sourcing, and preparing visual content for event communications.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Support Arabic and English layout adaptation and basic Arabic copy requirements when needed.
• Help organize design files, templates, and event assets for efficient team use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced events environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive approach to feedback and revisions.
• Understanding of typography, color, composition, branding, and print preparation.
• Arabic design and typesetting skills are preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, presentation design, 3D visualization, or event-related design is an advantage.
