Gulf Future Business in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer Intern to support our events team in developing compelling visuals for events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.

The internship offers hands-on experience with event graphics, brand identities, and production-ready files, with opportunities to learn from senior designers and collaborate across marketing and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showing design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating event visuals such as invitations, stage graphics, signage, banners, decks, social media content, and print materials.
• Support the development of event identities, mood boards, and key visuals aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Adapt approved designs into multiple formats and sizes for digital, print, and on-site applications.
• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and marketing to deliver timely assets.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files for printers, fabricators, and event suppliers.
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, image sourcing, and visual content for event communications.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and refine concepts from feedback.
• Assist with Arabic and English layout adaptation and basic Arabic copy when needed.
• Organize design files, templates, and assets for efficient team use.
