Job summary

NTU International A/S invites experienced professionals to join its Transport Experts Talent Pool. The role focuses on supporting the identification, appraisal and implementation of transport projects across regions, with emphasis on sustainable, low-carbon and inclusive mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport, infrastructure, mobility, logistics, or related sectors.
• Experience in international technical assistance and donor-funded or IFI-financed projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EU transport policies, Global Gateway and European Green Deal is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills; French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of transport projects.
• Conduct prefeasibility/feasibility studies, technical/economic analyses and sector studies.
• Support transport planning, design, rehabilitation and investment planning.
• Assist authorities with policies, regulatory frameworks and sector reform programmes.
• Contribute to investment pipelines aligned with Global Gateway and EU priorities.
• Advise on sustainable, low-carbon and inclusive transport solutions.
• Support multimodal connectivity and PPP-based procurement and contract management.
