Job summary

DHL Express in Bahrain seeks a Flying Spanner Engineer to maintain and repair aircraft across the network. You will fly onboard, monitor serviceability, log defects, and coordinate with MOC and outstations to keep the fleet safe and compliant.

The role requires at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience, a licensed engineer status, and the ability to work with ETL/NMIV systems, while supporting training and handover to shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ aircraft maintenance experience.
• Licensed, certifying and company approved engineer on principal types operated.
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot aircraft systems and engines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high dispatch reliability and ensure serviceability.
• Provide on-board technical support at outstations and brief receiving engineers on arrival.
• Ensure maintenance is performed to required standards and data.
• Manage and record defects, events, and pertinent information in company systems.
