Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a skilled trainer to deliver engaging training sessions on power systems products and applications. You will develop materials, customize sessions to customer needs, and support demonstrations and workshops.

A strong background in electrical engineering and power systems, plus 3+ years of training experience, is required. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• In-depth experience in power systems (generation, transmission, distribution) and protection testing.
• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer delivering technical training effectively & safely.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic or French) a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions (onsite, virtual, webinars) on products and applications.
• Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Customize training based on customer needs and technical levels.
• Support product demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribute to application notes, technical documentation, and training improvements.
• Stay updated on product developments and power system technologies.
