Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, GIS, Spatial Sciences, or related field
• At least 4-6 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS web application development using ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API and management of GIS Map / Feature / Geoprocessing services
• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Proficient in ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Automate data pipelines using tools such as ArcPy, FME, Python scripts, and the ArcGIS API for Python
• Integrate spatial services (WMS, WFS, REST APIs, Feature Services)
• Knowledge of 3D GIS and BIM data integration
• Experience with Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, .NET technologies, and Apollo GraphQL
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle
• Knowledge of Amazon AWS infrastructure and cloud services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for GIS web application deployment
