Job summary

Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to own an existing multi-sided digital platform, ensuring end-to-end reliability from authentication to real-time order processing. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and decide when to rebuild components rather than extend the current architecture.

You will collaborate with the founder across customer, driver, retailer, and admin interfaces, ensuring seamless data flows and robust integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on with Lovable or AI-assisted app development platforms.
• Strong experience with Supabase or similar backend, database, and authentication platforms.
• Proficient with GitHub and existing codebases.
• Strong problem-solving and independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the existing application and assess what needs to be fixed, improved, optimized, or rebuilt.
• Troubleshoot backend functionality with focus on auth, profiles, databases, orders, and real-time syncing.
• Work across the customer app, driver app, retailer dashboard, and admin dashboard.
• Review the Lovable-built app and identify areas for rebuilding or restructuring.
• Build, maintain, and optimize backend using Supabase and related technologies.
• Manage code hosted on GitHub with a clean, maintainable setup.
• Ensure data flows correctly across the platform for all user types.
• Troubleshoot authentication, sign-in, profiles, dashboards, and order management.
• Document product setup, technical decisions, and key workflows clearly.
• Explain technical decisions to a non-technical founder.
• Work independently and manage technical priorities with minimal supervision.
• Smooth handover and knowledge transfer if additional developers join.
