What you’ll do
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and wake-up calls with accuracy
  • Communicate guest needs effectively with relevant departments
  • Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local information
  • Ensure telephone etiquette and service standards are consistently met
  • Support Front Office operations when needed
