To portion meals for our customers using our technology ensuring all meals are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities

• Portion meal components accurately for each customer before dispatch deadlines.
• Coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Handle last-minute changes efficiently while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or food preparation within the food industry; QSR or cloud kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
• Currently based in Bahrain.
