Job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled & experienced Fit-Out Supervision Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of high-quality fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, excellent document control skills, and an in-depth understanding of fit-out construction details.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise on-site fit-out works, ensuring compliance with design, quality standards, and project specifications.
  2. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  3. Manage project documentation, including site reports, RFIs, material approvals, and progress updates.
  4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution, including shipping and procurement follow-up.
  5. Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
  6. Review technical drawings and design details, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  7. Lead site meetings, tracking progress and addressing challenges proactively.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in fit-out project management and site supervision.
  3. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction and implementation methodologies, materials, and technical details.
  4. Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
  5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Experience handling multiple projects and teams effectively.
  7. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
