Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Daily tasks include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands collaboration with various departments to support financial decision-making and optimize financial performance, reporting directly to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance processes
• SAP experience is a plus
• Bahrain local regulations knowledge is required
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Accounting and related practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Manama
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
• Experience within GCC is a plus
