Position Summary

Our Guest Service Experts take initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining work areas and supplies. They make transactions seamless, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be active on their feet, managing menus, and handling physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 pounds alone, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. They will also perform movements like reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties well is essential to delivering excellent service for our guests and the business.
