Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
• Or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Order all food and beverage based on business needs.
• Maintain inventory controls for proper levels and dating.
• Audit invoices and verify purchase specifications.
• Communicate with kitchen and vendors to coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and brand guideline compliance.
• Assist Executive Chef with purchasing and cost control.
• Complete administrative tasks and period-end inventory.
