StarsOfTheShow is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will craft and execute seasonal menus, mentor staff, and drive culinary excellence across local and international offerings.

Responsibilities include menu development, cost control, and ensuring top-tier food safety standards while collaborating with management on events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or higher
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Experience in high-end restaurant environments

Responsibilities

• Create and implement seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards
• Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain cost efficiency
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with management on new dishes and events
• Monitor food costs, sales figures, and other metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through workshops/conferences
