Want More in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest quality and taste of every dish served. The role demands strong leadership, menu development, cost control, staff training and compliance with food safety regulations while maintaining a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

A monthly salary of $900 with accommodation is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar in high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop team.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Excellent time management in fast-paced environments.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop menus aligned with concept and vision.
• Manage food cost and inventory to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor food preparation methods and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to food safety regulations.
