Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required or preferred.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is expected.
• Experience teaching ESL/EFL to diverse ages and levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

As an ESL English as a Second Language Teacher you will be responsible for teaching English to non-native speakers in Al-Malikiyah Syria. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month with visa sponsorship for international candidates. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated teacher who is passionate about helping students improve their English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to make learning fun and effective for students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes inclusivity respect and cultural understanding
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
• Native or near-native level English proficiency
• Experience teaching ESLEFL to students of all ages and levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
