Job summary
Awal Plastics is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. You will lead discovery workshops, document BRDs/FRDs, and map business processes to ERP functionality across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and more.
The role involves presales support, ERP demonstrations, and active participation in implementation planning. In-person work location with focus on manufacturing ERP projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- ERP certifications will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops with customers.
- Understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business operations and map processes.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare FRD/BRD.
- Recommend ERP solutions and map processes to ERP functionality.
- Deliver ERP demonstrations and assist in proposal preparation.
- Support implementation planning and Go-Live activities.
- Coordinate issue resolution between business users and technical teams.
