Awal Plastics is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. You will lead discovery workshops, document BRDs/FRDs, and map business processes to ERP functionality across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, and more.

The role involves presales support, ERP demonstrations, and active participation in implementation planning. In-person work location with focus on manufacturing ERP projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct business discovery workshops with customers.
• Understand and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business operations and map processes.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare FRD/BRD.
• Recommend ERP solutions and map processes to ERP functionality.
• Deliver ERP demonstrations and assist in proposal preparation.
• Support implementation planning and Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution between business users and technical teams.

Business Analysis:

• Conduct business discovery workshops with customers.
• Understand existing business processes and operational workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Recommend best practices aligned with ERP standards.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Develop business process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Define functional specifications.
• Validate customer requirements.

Solution Consulting:

• Recommend ERP solutions based on customer business requirements.
• Map business processes to ERP functionality.
• Configure solution concepts.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Participate in solution design discussions.
• Support implementation planning.

Presales Activities:

• Deliver ERP demonstrations.
• Participate in customer presentations.
• Support proposal preparation.
• Assist in solution estimation.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
• Prepare implementation approaches and project scope documentation.

Project Support:

• Support implementation teams during project delivery.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate implemented functionality.
• Support Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution between business users and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of ERP Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or ERP Solution Consulting experience.
• Experience participating in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in manufacturing ERP implementations will be highly preferred.

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Sales, CRM, Human Resources, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Quality Management, Business Intelligence.
• Experience with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Infor, Epicor, IFS, ERPNext preferred.
