Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling purposes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with menu selection
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Ensure accuracy of orders and follow up with any special requests or dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks
