EliteHire is seeking an entry level Merchandiser in Al-Malikiyah, Bahrain to assist with displaying products, monitoring inventory and pricing, and creating attractive visual setups. The role offers on-the-job learning and exposure to merchandising practices in a retail setting.

The position is contract-based with potential extension. It requires the ability to lift and move merchandise and may involve travel within the city.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication skills for working with store managers and other team members.
• Must be physically able to lift, move, and arrange merchandise as needed.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up displays and product arrangements according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
• Ensure that all products are properly priced and have accurate signage
• Collaborate with team members to create appealing visual displays that attract customers
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure that displays are maintained and updated as needed
• Communicate with store managers to address any issues or concerns regarding merchandise presentation
• Participate in training sessions to learn about new products, trends, and techniques in merchandising
